Head of Parliament Andrian Candu requested the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to carry out an independent examination into the activity of the National Bank of Moldova in the period during which fraudulent transactions were performed in the national financial-banking sector, IPN reports, quoting the official website of the legislature.
Last week, the Government and Parliament asked for an EU mission on justice to assess the reformation of the justice sector. According to their requisition, such a mission will help Moldova to identity possible deficiencies in the process of reforming the justice sector and to adjust the plan of action and the internal agenda.
