The carts will be registered. The lawmakers passed in the first reading a bill providing that the local public authorities will have to keep a record of the carts, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food Industry Dumitru Godoroja said the local authorities will also monitor the cycle-engines, self-propelled machines and equipment used in construction and agricultural works, which are not registered.
The registration tax will not exceed 40 lei.
