The legal case opened against businessman Adrian Nichifor, who is accused of killing the brother of the commissioner of Nisporeni, was sent to the Nisporeni District Court for examination, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Prosecutor General's Office. The case also involves Adrian Nichifor's nephew aged 20, who is accused of keeping firearms without authorization. On April 11, Adrian Nichifor got into a fight with brothers Iurie and Lilian Parlici near a bar in Grozesti village as he did not like where they parked their car. Adrian Nichifor phoned his nephew Trofim Nichifor, who soon brought him a gun. Adrian Nichifor fired five shots at Iurie Parlici, wounding him mortally. Eyewitnesses said Adrian Nichifor was inebriated when he committed the crime. The businessman was put under house arrest, while his nephew was banned from leaving the country. Nichifor was earlier investigated for fatally striking a man with the car.
