The Supreme Council of Magistrates gave its consent to taking legal action against a judge from Causeni who is suspected of intentionally passing an illegal decision, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the Prosecutor General’s Office.
According to prosecutors, last August the judge included erroneous data in his decision. As a result, the rights and interests of the participants in the trial protected by law, including the right to a fair trial, were infringed.
Now that the Supreme Council of Magistrates gave its consent, the prosecutor general can bring legal proceedings against the judge.
