Mayor general Ion Ceban requested the managers of municipal divisions to ensure transparency in the current activity in the managed areas and to present reports on the fulfillment of the municipal budget for the first half of 2020, IPN reports.
This way, the information about the execution of the budget for the first half of this year is to be transmitted to the responsible commissions for examination and will be later discussed in the meetings of the Chisinau Municipal Council. “I asked that these reports should be presented to the general public so as to see how the budget funds aree spent. I insist on the graphical presentation of this information on the City Hall’s official website so that each citizen has access to these data and can analyze them,” Ion Ceban stated in the ordinary meeting of officials of municipal services and divisions.
The mayor also asked that the municipal divisions’ units of transport and special vehicles with GPS tracking systems should be included in an interactive map that will enable to see the areas where the municipal services perform works in districts.
