Forty-five parties and sociopolitical organizations have the right to take part in the May 20 new local elections. The list was published on the website of the Central Election Commission (CEC), IPN reports.
The decision to publish the list was taken in the April 3 meeting of the CEC. In the same meeting, the Commission approved the activity repot and working plan of the Center for Continuous Electoral Training working under the CEC and a number of decisions concerning the filling of posts of councilor in a number of district, town and village (communal) councils.
