The persons older than 75 who were subject to political repression and were later rehabilitated will be able to get the compensations for the nationalized property by a lump sum. Such a decision was taken by the Government on October 8, IPN reports.
Under the regulations approved earlier, the compensations were paid over a period of 3-5 years, depending on their size.
Given that most of the beneficiaries are at an advanced age, the Government decided to hasten the procedure for the persons older than 75.
