The flights at the Chisinau International Airport started to be operated according to the new program for the summer season 2016. This summer comes with four new routes, 14 airlines and 37 destinations and more frequent flights on the regular routes operated directly from the Airport, IPN reports.
According to a press release of the Airport, unlike the winter program 2015, the summer program 2016 includes three new routes operated by Air Moldova airline, to Florence, Kerkyra and Rhodos, and a route to Moscow (Domodedovo) that will be operated by the new airline Globus Airlines two times a day from June.
Also, between March 27 and October 29, such regular flights as Warsaw (operated daily by LOT) and Verona (operated three times a week by Volotea) will be provided more often. Austrian Airlines will increase the daily frequency of the Vienna flight, while Air Moldova will daily operate the restored flight to Madrid.
