Chisinau hosts real Martial Arts show

The European Kickboxing Championship will take place in Chisinau for the first time, between November 11 and 15, Info-Prim Neo reports. About 400 sportspersons from 25 European countries will be participating in the competition. Prime Minister Vlad Filat will attend the official opening of the championship on Thursday, November 12. The event will culminate with the K-1 gala on November 14. The best sportspersons who competed in the continental tournament will participate in it. In the final gala, there will be shown 10 extraordinary battles. The famous Russian kickboxer Alexandru Emelianenko will be the guest of honor. The organizers - the Moldovan Oriental Kickboxing Federation and the World Professional Kickboxing Association (WKPA), a K-1 champion is also expected to the final gala. WKPA vice president Rishad Saiapov voiced hope the competition will not be affected by the pandemic flu virus.
