The Moldovan-Russian commission for economic cooperation will meet in Chisinau on July 5-6. Such an agreement was reached by Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova Andrei Galbur and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov in a discussion on the sidelines of the meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization in Sochi, IPN reports.
The officials conferred on the recent developments in the bilateral political dialogue. They approved of the resumption of the Transnistrian conflict settlement talks in the 5+2 format, with the last meeting in this format being held in Berlin, and discussed the prospects of the settlement process this year.
Andrei Galbur and Sergey Lavrov also exchanged opinions on other issues related to the bilateral relations, including migration and the cultural-humanitarian cooperation.
