The National Anticorruption Center (CNA) has launched an advertising video clip designed to sensitize the people to the danger of corruption with the support of foreign experts. The spot will be broadcast on local and regional TV channels, IPN reports.

According to the CNA director Viorel Chetraru, the video was made within a project aimed at sensitizing society and at contributing to preventing corruption. “Corruption became a deep-rooted phenomenon in our society. We intend to step up efforts to prevent corruption. In this connection, we decided to create a promotional video clip,” Viorel Chetraru told a news conference.

Producer and author of the video Sergiu Zanoaga said writing the script was the most difficult thing. The message was to reach the people’s souls. “It was important not to address corruption in a theoretical, abstract way. We wanted to sensitize the viewers and to make them think,” he stated.

The filming lasted for two days and cost €3,000. The main character of the spot is a child who, inspired by the adults’ example, gives his father money to allow him to play.
