CNAS and CNAM to benefit from allocations from Government’s reserve fund

A sum of 739,600 lei will be allocated to the National Social Insurance House (CNAS) and the National Health Insurance Company (CNAM) from the reserve fund of the Government to cover the failed incomes, Info-Prim Neo reports. The decision was taken at the last meeting of the Government. The money is allotted under the law on additional measures aimed at supporting the Transnistrian entrepreneurs. The two institutions did not collect the projected incomes after the owners of plots located along the Rabnita-Tiraspol route were exempted from paying contributions in 2008. Departing Prime Minister Zinaida Greceanyi said that such a decision had to be taken earlier, but is yet glad that the executive can keep the promises it made to these persons. The CNAS will get 566,000 lei, while the CNAM – 173,000 lei.
