The electronic service “e-Application Allowances for Families with Children” was supplemented with the option “Monthly allowance for looking after a child up to age of two years and two months” for socially insured persons, the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) has said, being quoted by IPN.
The insured families with children can file an electronic application for being paid the one-time childbirth allowance, the monthly allowance for looking after a child up to age of three and the monthly allowance for looking after a child up to age of two years and two months on the official website of the institution (www.cnas.md) or through the public services gateway (https://servicii.gov.md).
The socially uninsured persons can also file applications for obtaining a monthly allowance for looking after the child up to age of two years. Applications can also be submitted for the paternity benefit and the monthly support allowance for raising twins and more children delivered at a single birth up to the age of three years.
The electronic application is accepted only if the applicant and the children are in the State Population Register and when the family relation between these is confirmed based on information from the Register.
The electronic service can be also used to see the stage at which the processing of the application is by using the option “check status”.
