The National House of Social Insurance (CNAS) halted the issuing of tickets for sanatorium treatment through the agency of its local houses of social insurance to veterans, socially insured persons and victims of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, IPN reports, quoting a press release of the institution.
The measure was taken to comply with the National Extraordinary Commission for Public Heath’s decision regarding the closing of rehabilitation centers, including health spas, until April 1, given the epidemiological situation determined by COVID-19.
The persons who received tickets until March 15 could receive treatment when the epidemiological situation in Moldova stabilizes.
The CNAS said the persons who refused to accept tickets in connection with the epidemiological situation will not be deprived of the right to receive sanatorium treatment.
