Company manager gets eight years for falsifying orders

The head of a company based in Rascani town was sentenced to 8 years and six months' imprisonment for falsifying official documents and for swindle attempt, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the Prosecutor General's Office says the businessmen falsified orders showing that he transferred over 400,000 lei to a company for the soft drinks supplied by it. Later, the man sued the company, demanding that the money be restored. The court rejected the application as groundless.
