Those who want to offer their condolences to the families of the victims of the Bucharest nightclub fire, in which 30 Romanian citizens lost their lives, and of the plane crash that claimed the lives of over 200 Russian citizens can go to the Embassies of Romania and Russia in Chisinau to sign the condolence books available there.

Romania declared November 1, 2 and 3 as national morning days. Contacted by IPN, the Embassy of Romania said it will open a condolence book on November 2, between 3pm and 5pm, and on November 3, between 10am and 12 noon and between 3pm and 5pm. The Embassy of Romania is located at 66/1 Bucuresti St.

Thirty persons died and 137 sustained injuries in a fire caused by fireworks in a nightclub fire in Bucharest last Friday night. According to the Ministry of Health of Romania, 57 of those hurt are in a critical or serious state or are intubated.

In Russia, a national morning day was decreed on November 1. The Embassy of Russia opened a condolence book for November 2-3. It is available between 10an and 12 noon and between 2pm and 4pm. The embassy is located at 153 Stefan cel Mare si Sfant Blvd.

A Russian airliner has crashed in central Sinai with 217 passengers and seven crew members on board on October 31. The Airbus A-321 had just left the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh, bound for the Russian city of St Petersburg. The flight was operated by the Russian airline Kogalymavia.
