The Broadcasting Coordination Council announced a contest to fill three vacant posts of member of the Supervisory Board of the National Public Broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” (TRM). Applications can be filed within 15 days of the publication of the announcement in the Official Gazette, IPN reports.
The Council will choose six candidates and Parliament is to select three of these. The file must contain the candidate’s CV, the criminal record and a photo.
The contest is open to any citizen of Moldova with higher education in culture, arts, filmmaking, journalism, law, financial management, management of commercial organization, international relations, public relations, the mass-media. The candidates must know the official language and mustn’t have committed offenses.
The post of member of the Supervisory Board is incompatible with the status of MP, member of the Cabinet or of the Broadcasting Coordination Council. The person cannot own shares, directly or indirectly, in the share capital of commercial organizations, cannot work for radio or TV stations and cannot be a party member.
