In addition to all the functions media have within society, an important role they are to play is to be a good intermediary between companies and society, envisaging to create a partnership to contribute to solve problems. The Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is the basic term to be maximumly explored to form the necessary frame for the cooperation, says the Association of Specialists in Public Relations and Communication (ASRPC), Info-Prim Neo reports. So far, Moldova is making its first steps in this regard. “That is why we need to infect with this beautiful bug as many as possible Moldovan companies, but also society in general,” said Ludmila Andronic, the ASRPC president, on Friday. The experts say the ones benefiting of such help from companies should realize their effort and should be open for cooperation. E.g.: if a company makes a part tidy, painting benches, the people should realize the importance of the gesture by keeping that part tidy. Now, for many Moldovan companies, the CSR is a new concept, as well as for people “Here come the press: it should point out issues that could be solved through the CSR, and should make known those actors,” Ludmila Andronic said.
