The National Days of the Czech Republic is marked in Chisinau with a diversity of events, including a presentation of Czech cuisine in a Chisinau restaurant, Info-Prim Neo reports. Dishes of pork, veal and fowl, served with aromatic sauces dressed with butter, sour cream or crackers and one of the traditional garnishes, the knedliky dumplings, will be served by two great Czech chefs who came to Chisinau specially for this occasion, Jan Pýcha and Jaromír Sadílek. Guests will be able to order various meals from a varied menu and taste genuine Czech beer. A spokesperson for the Czech Embassy in Chisinau said this event takes place the second year in a row in Moldova, and the Moldovans are interested in the Czech culture and cuisine. The Days of the Czech Cuisine are part of the National Days of the Czech Republic in Moldova and will last until Sunday evening.
