The special inspection commission identified a number of deficiencies in the income and property statements of the chairman and members of the National Integrity Commission (CNI). The deficiencies are mainly due to the different interpretations of the legislation, in the absence of normative documents concerning the implementation of the relevant provisions, IPN reports, quoting a report of the special commission.
There is no accurate information about the object of the statement like, for example, the value of property that is not assessed according to the legislation, the sold unit of transport included in the State Register of Transport, the value of the unit of transport that is to be sold, etc.
The commission examined the statements of the CNI chairman Anatolie Donciu and commission members Leonid Morari, Vera Lupu and Dumitru Prijmireanu. Victor Stratila’s statements haven’t been yet analyzed because he was named to the post later.
Under the report, in 2012 Anatolie Donciu earned incomes of over 300,000 lei, Leonid Morari of over 200,000 lei, Vera Lupu of 36,000 lei, while Dumitru Prijmireanu of 1,280 Russian rubles and over 13,000 lei.
