The Parliament’s Standing Bureau on October 4 decided to suggest that the legislative body should vote on the draft laws immediately after these are debated in Parliament in a move to discipline the MPs, IPN reports.
The subject concerning the discipline and presence of MPs in the assembly hall was discussed on the initiative of Speaker Andrian Candu, the Standing Bureau being convoked urgently. This happened after, shortly after adopting the agenda of the October 4 sitting in Parliament, a part of the MPs left the hall and the quorum was thus not present.
Now the MPs vote on all the examined bills at an hour that is agreed at the start of the sitting.
