Positive changes have been witnessed in the Republic of Moldova and the Government’s actions produce results, representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) said in a meeting with Prime Minister Pavel Filip, IPN reports.
Pavel Filip had a meeting with an EBRD delegation to Moldova that included Board Director for Switzerland, Ukraine Liechtenstein, Turkmenistan, Serbia, Montenegro and Moldova Heinz Kaufmann and Regional Director for Caucasus, Moldova and Belarus Bruno Balvanera.
The EBRD representatives underlined the importance of ensuring efficiency in the utilization of the assistance provided by the foreign partners so that the people have more benefits as a result of the implemented projects and Moldova’s economy develops.
The Premier noted the dynamic character of the cooperation with the EBRD. He underlined the importance of the EBRD expertise and the support provided to the Economic Council under the Prime Minister, which he described as a very useful and efficient dialogue platform with the business community of Moldova.
