Embassy of Ukraine specifies personal data of Ukrainians in Moldova

The Ukrainians living in Moldova, including Transnistria, who changed the name, surname or address, must validate their identification papers in order to be able to vote at the polling places that will be established on Moldova’s territory for the Ukrainian Supreme Rada elections, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Embassy of Ukraine in Chisinau and the Consulate of Ukraine in Balti specify the personal data of the Ukrainians living in Moldova. According to a communiqué from the Embassy, if the name, surname, address or other data are changed, the Ukrainian citizens must contact the Consular Section of the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova, based at 17 Vasile Lupu St (former Panfilov St), or the Consulate of Ukraine in Balti, located at 143 Kiev St. The applications for modifying the personal data can be submitted on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday, between 09.00 and 12.30. The Ukrainians living on the left side of the Nistru can go to the Ukrainian House in Tiraspol, on 15 Engels St. Information can be obtained at the Embassy of Ukraine in Moldova on (+373 22) 58-22-84 or at the Consulate in Balti on (373 231) 6 65 08. The parliamentary elections in Ukraine will take place on October 28, 2012.
