The forecasters extended the yellow code advisory for heat and exceptional risk of fire for September 2 and 3. The highest daytime temperatures will reach +34°C, IPN reports.

By September 3, there will be an exceptional risk of fire (class five) with a natural character and threat of wood and crop fire on the largest part of the territory.

Nighttime temperatures this weekend will range between +11 and +16°C, while daytime temperatures between +27 and +34°C. In the central and southern districts, the temperatures will rise to +34°C during the day.

Rain with thunder and lighting and temperatures of +15 - +19°C during the day and +14 - +17°C at night are expected at the start of next week.

From September 3 until September 10, given the low water level and lack of precipitation, the hydrological drought in rivers and lakes will persist.
