The agricultural producers that do not have a bank account will receive the compensation for alleviating the consequences of the 2012 drought at post offices in the settlements where they live, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The money started to be transmitted by mail on December 4. According to a communiqué from the Agency for Payments and Intervention in Agriculture, the authorities offered almost 500 lei per cow and about 120 lei for partially compensating for the losses sustained per every hectare sowed with winter wheat for the 2013 crop.
The agricultural producers that benefit from such compensations must go to the post office with the identity card, while those who are registered as farms also with a registration certificate.
