Four Moldovans lost their lives in two traffic accidents that occurred in France and Ukraine last weekend. Also, a number of persons were hurt, IPN reports.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration said the accident in France happened near Cerneux commune, in the Seine-et-Marne department, in the direction of Paris. The accident involved a Mercedes minibus with Moldovan license numbers and with six Moldovans aboard. Two of the passengers died, two were hurt, while another two received medical care on the spot for minor injuries.
The accident in Ukraine occurred on the Kiev-Odessa road in Zhashkiv district. A Mercedes-Sprinter car heading from Tiraspol for Moscow overturned into a ditch when a wheel detached on the way. Two Moldovans and a Russian woman died, while another three passengers were injured.
