The Meteorological State Institute has issued a warning covering the period from October 2 to October 6 for freezing temperatures of up to -4°C at ground level, Info-Prim Neo reports.
Weathermen attribute the phenomenon to a cold norther mass of air. The air could also cool down to -2°C in the mornings and overnight in this period.
International weather services also forecast a decrease in temperatures for this region over the weekend.
