After a pause of four years, the General Assembly of Judges convoked on March 17. The event involves 330 judges out of the 425 judges of the system. The meeting is deliberative, IPN reports.
The General Assembly of Judges was opened by the acting head of the Superior Council of Magistracy Dorel Musteață. Judge Anatolie Țurcan was chosen to chair the meeting, while judge Gheorghe Balan will act as secretary.
The agenda of the meeting also includes the election of four members of the Superior Council of Magistracy from among judges.
