General Police Commissariat seeks help

The General Police Commissariat of Chisinau municipality asks the population to identify the car that struck to death a woman on Dacia Blvd. in Chisinau on Monday morning. According to the Commissariat’s spokesman Adrian Jovmir, a deaf and speech-impaired woman aged 68 was crossing the street irregularly near Zimbru Stadium at 05.10. She was severely hit by a car traveling at excessive speed. The impact was so powerful that the woman died on the spot. Her body was dismembered. The driver left the scene. Anyone with any information about the car and the driver are asked to contact any police department or to call 902, 54-20-63, or 27-17-31.
