Government allotted 200,000 lei for concerts planned by “Lautarii”

The executive has allocated 200,000 lei for covering a part of the costs of organizing the concerts that will be held to mark 40 years of the foundation of the orchestra “Lautarii” (“Fiddlers”). The decision was taken in the last but one meeting where the Government can adopt decisions, before the validation of the results of the November 28 elections, Info-Prim Neo reports. The Government also decided to allot 225,000 lei to the Invalids Society for continuing a project to assemble wheelchairs for persons with disabilities from parts offered by a foreign organization. The Society has received about 1,000 applications for wheelchairs. The National Social Insurance House will receive 47,000 lei for paying for the sanatorium rehabilitation of certain groups of people. By another decision, 300,000 lei was allocated from the Government's reserve fund for repairing a road in Horodca village, Ialoveni. In the same meeting, the Government allotted 212,000 lei and, respectively, 175,000 lei to the Drochia district councils and the Autonomous Territorial Unit of Gagauzia for paying the overdue allowances to the rehabilitated victims of Communist repression. A sum of 26.4 million lei will be used to pay the debts of the persons who are entitled to take out preferential loans to repair or build houses.
