The Cabinet on January 19 approved a Government decision on the condemnation of antisemitism and promotion of tolerance, IPN reports.
By this, the Government expresses its commitment to the working definition of antisemitism adopted by the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance in its plenary meeting of May 2016.
Minister of Justice Victoria Iftodi said the decision is an additional public manifestation of Moldova’s intention to honor its obligations as a member or observer state at different international organizations whose duty is to protect human rights and to flight any form of discrimination.
