Government institutes five-day vacation for end-August

August 30 will be a nonworking day for the employees of state-run institutions. They will work for this day on September 18, which falls on a Saturday. A decision to this effect was taken by the Government on Tuesday. Thus, the salary earners will have a five-day vacation at the end of summer – from Friday, August 27, when it is celebrated the Independence Day, until August 31 – the Language Day – inclusive, Info-Prim Neo reports.
