The Green Ecologist Party of Moldova calls upon the political parties of the country to plant trees, not to pollute the minds of voters, IPN reports.
In its message, the party says that the country’s resources – the land, woods, water and the people – have been used for many times for oligarchic interests. Woods were cleared and the criminals weren’t identified. There were leased out large wooded areas at derisory prices without including special clauses as regards the use. The lakes and ponds weren’t cleaned appropriately and the flora and fauna were thus affected.
“Moldova’s ecosystem is in a continuous transformation. But, regretfully, things have worsened. You remember only the national and international environment protection days. Time has come to get rid of sins and to repent before nature,” says the message of the Green Ecologist Party.
The party notes that this election campaign is a very aggressive one, with posters of all colors being placed everywhere. “The city looks like a political circus. But the face of those watching this exhausting and costly campaign is sadder than of the clowns bought to speak to them,” says the message.
The Green Ecologist Party calls on the election runners not to make cheap shows to pollute the minds of the voters, but to go out to plant trees and to support the activities aimed at greening Moldova.
