Grigore Vieru's bust to appear in Straseni town too

The bust of poet Grigore Vieru will be placed in Straseni town as well, under a decision taken at the last meeting of the Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. Minister of Culture Boris Focsa said the bust will be located in the square of the cultural club in Straseni. The costs of making the bust and laying out the adjoining area will be covered with money from the local budget and with different donations. The town council already approved a relevant decision. The late poet's bust on the Alley of Classical Writers in Chisinau was unveiled on February 12, before the 75th anniversary of the birth of the bard.
