High risk for A/H1N1 flu virus to penetrate Moldova

The spread of the A/H1N1 flu virus in the countries where Moldovans migrate (Turkey, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Russia and Romania) is alarming and makes the Chisinau authorities to warn of high risk of this virus penetrating Moldova's territory, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to an Extraordinary Anti-Epidemic Commission, no A flu cases have been reported in Moldova so far. The risk is even bigger since summer begins, as the children are mostly exposed during this period.
The commission has adopted a draft decision on insuring the safety of the children's life during the summer, reads a press release issued by the Government.
According to the World Health Organization, the latest research finds that A(H1N1) is hard to treat, and shows different symptoms in different patients.
Dialing 72 10 10 in Chisinau, people can ask for information about the A(H1N1) flu.
The new virus has affected over 13,000 people in the world in 46 countries, 19 from Europe. In Romania, a number of people suspected of having swine flu have been hospitalized for the last two days.
