SA Moldovagaz has launched a new information service. The household users from Chisinau can now be informed by SMSes about their debts for the consumed gas, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the public utility.
The service is free. In order to benefit from it, the private individuals - end-users must submit a message with the name, surname, patronymic, the number of the personal account and of the mobile and fixed-line phones to the email address factura.email@moldovagaz.md. The company will monthly send SMSes with information about the debt for gas to the mobile phone.
The end-users can also ask to be provided with a copy of the gas bill through email. The gas bill can be printed and paid at the banks and bank branches enumerated overleaf. The service is available from the beginning of April.
