Identity cards hidden in slippers

Employees of the Border Guard Service detained three Moldovans with forged identity cards at the international border crossing point “Chisinau Airport”, Info-Prim Neo reported. According to the airport's press service, two of them, husband and wife, had hidden Romanian identity cards in the soles of slippers. The couple intended to use them to find employment in one of the EU countries. The organizer of the offense was identified later. A little earlier, a Moldovan citizen tried to leave the country with a forged travel permit through the same crossing point. Fifteen forged identification papers were discovered at the international border crossing point “Chisinau Airport” in November.
