The vehicle registration certificate will be issued on the date of application in all the Public Services Agency’s subdivisions located in the municipality of Chisinau. The procedure will also be expedited for the local subdivisions situated in the country, which will issue the certificates within three working days, IPN reports.
The Public Services Agency noted that the term of issuance of the registration certificate has been reduced for all transport registration subdivisions in Chisinau from 24 hours on the date of application. In the local subdivisions in the country, instead of waiting five days, the applicant will receive the document in three days.
Previously, the issuance of the registration certificate on the date of application was possible only through one subdivision situated in the municipality of Chisinau.
As many as 67,983 vehicle registration certificates were issued in the first five months of 2024.
