Inebriated driver hurt in scooter accident

A drunk 32-year-old man suffered injuries when his scooter went out of control and overturned near Gura-Bacului village of Anenii-Noi district, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting the Traffic Police Division. An Opel-Vectra car driven by a man aged 22 crashed into a Mercedes parked by the roadside in Taraclia town. The driver of the Mercedes received bruises. A teen aged 17 was hospitalized with a leg fracture after he was struck by a car in Chisinau. A woman of 26 suffered a cranial-cerebral trauma and a concussion in a car accident on Ion Creanga St in Chisinau. Eight persons were hurt in accidents on the national roads on Wednesday, October 20.
