Inquiry group to investigate murder of Ion Stratulat

The Prosecutor General’s Office started a criminal case over the premeditated murder (Article 145 of the Penal Code) of former police officer Ion Stratulat, Info-Prim Neo has learned from the institution. The inquiry group set up to investigate this case is examining a number of versions. A series of investigative measures are now being taken. The prosecutors are tracking a number of persons who may have been involved in the murder. Article 145 of the Penal Code provides for imprisonment of 8 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
