Independent municipal councilor Ion Stefanita considers the dispute between the municipal enterprise “Capital Constructions Division” and SC “Fastcomtrans” SRL is a consequence of the fact that this Division of the Chisinau City Hall didn’t fulfill the duties specified in the signed contract.
Asked by IPN to state his opinion on the judgment of the Chisinau Appeals Court, by which the property of the municipal enterprise was sequestrated and a provisional administrator was appointed, Ion Stefanita said that he is still examining the court’s decisions on the issue.
“I haven’t yet perceived the essence. Judging by what is going on at the Chisinau City Hall, I think the blame is borne by the Capital Constructions Division. It was an architectural monument there and it necessitated restoration. The company carried out restoration works and presented the invoice, as far as I understood. Maybe I’m wrong,” stated the councilor.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the Chisinau Appeals Court decided to sequestrate the possessions of the Division and named a temporary administrator at this body, which is one of the richest divisions from patrimonial viewpoint and which risks being declared insolvent.
