Moldovan junior athletes Olga Bliznets and Anatolie Buruian won bronze medals at the European Youth Table Tennis Championships and, respectively, the World Youth Wrestling Championships, Info-Prim Neo reports. Olga Bliznets, 15, has become the first Moldovan cadet athlete to win an European medal. She defeated her rivals from Greece, Romania and Germany, but lost in the semifinals to the Croatian athlete. Olga has thus qualified for the Youth Olympics, where she hopes to repeat her success. Olga Bliznets is coached by Valeriu Grosu. After becoming European youth champion one month ago, freestyle wrestler Anatolie Buruian also added a world bronze trophy to his record. In the semifinals, Petru Buiucli's pupil lost to the Georgian athlete, winning the third-place match against the American wrestler.
