The Liberals from the Council for Reforming the Liberal Party (PL) announced that the Justice Ministry gave its verdict and decided that they were excluded from the party illegally, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Reformation Council, the exclusion from the party and the removal from the posts held in the executive bodies in the April 13 extraordinary meeting of the PL’s National Council were illegal acts.
The Justice Ministry said only the party’s Congress has the exclusive power to elect and discharge the party’s first deputy chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, secretary general and members of the National Council.
The members of the Council for Reforming the Liberal Party intend to go to court so that full justice is done to them. Among the excluded members are MPs Ion Hadarca, Ana Gutu, Oleg Bodrug, Anatol Arhire, and Vadim Vacarciuc.
