Kalman Mizsei receives Order of Honor

Acting President of Moldova Marian Lupu Wednesday signed a decree to confer the Order of Honor on the EU Special Representative for Moldova Kalman Mizsei, Info-Prim Neo reports. In a communique, the Parliament's press service says the award was given in gratitude for the European official's special contribution towards developing the dialogue between the European Union and Moldova and towards promoting the democratic values in Moldova. Kalman Mizsei is to complete his mission in Moldova, which he started in March 2007. He will be replaced by Miroslav Lajčák, Slovakia's Foreign Minister in 2009-2010.
