The level of payments for the natural gas supplied in January – August at thermoelectric plants is lower than last year. Thus, the thermoelectric plant CET–1 paid 79% of its debts, CET- 2 – 64%, while CET-NORD –73%, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from SA Moldovagaz.
Besides the current debts, these companies also have historical debts of 1,753.4 million lei. The debts of CET-1 total 356.1 million lei, of CET- 2 – 1,139.4 million, of CET - NORD – 89.1 million lei, while of SA Termocom – 168.8 million lei.
The level of payments is by 15.7% lower compared with the corresponding period of 2012. Moldovagaz said such a situation is inacceptable. The current debts of the companies from the thermoelectric sector are 464.1 million, 2.1 higher than in 2012.
