Liberal Party asks convening AEI Council

The Liberal Party will request convoking the Council of the Alliance for European Integration. “We want the Council to convene as soon as possible, but this depends on the Democratic Party, which now holds the presidency of the Council. The Communists have their own way of interpreting things. We have a common decision of the alliance. Until it is in force, we will obey it. For this decision to be changed, the Council should be convoked,” the leader of the Liberal parliamentary group Ion Hadarca has told Info-Prim Neo. “Dumitru Diacov proposed a schedule of the negotiations with the PCRM. Under it, the Liberal Party is the first to hold negotiations. Why should we be the first?” asked Ion Hadarca. The Democratic Party invited the PCRM to negotiations in the name of the AEI. The Communists answered they will meet only with representatives of the PDM because the invitation was issued by them.
