Library is partner in promoting copyright

Moldovan libraries are invited to attend the third edition of the republican contest “The library – a partner in promoting the copyright.” The contest will unfold from April 1, 2009 to April 26, 2010, Info-Prim Neo reports. The UE Commission declared year 2009 as the European Year of creativity and innovation, with the slogan “Imagine. Create. Innovate.” Events on promoting the results of creative activity will be held this year at all territorial levels. Moldova's AGEPI agency and the Librarians Association organize the contest “The library – a partner in promoting the copyright,” to encourage libraries to participate in promoting innovating approaches in any area of activity of theirs. The libraries attending the contest will disseminate and promote information on intellectual property by organizing expos of copyright-related materials; organizing seminars on the issue, etc.
