Man electrocuted at cement plant in Vadul lui Voda

A 21-year-old man was electrocuted when he touched an electric cable. It happened on the territory of the cement and mortar plant located in Vadul lui Voda town on April 13. The plant was closed several years ago, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to the Chisinau Ambulance Service, the young man received first-degree burns on the hands and suffered a concussion. The same day, a man aged 50 tried to kill himself by taking pills. The relatives discovered him lying on the floor unconscious and called an ambulance. The man was taken to Saint Trinity Hospital. Yesterday and last night, the teams of the Chisinau Ambulance Service traveled to 795 addresses, dealing with 46 cases of acute viral infection, 58 cases of trauma, 11 cases of acute diarrhea, 10 strokes and two heart attacks.
