Man killed in car crash

A young man died and three persons were seriously injured in an accident on the Donduseni – Drochia – Pelenia road. Traffic Police Division press officer Dana Andronic has told Info-Prim Neo that the accident happened at about 4am this morning.
The 30-year-old driver lost control of the vehicle – a Volkswagen Transporter – and crashed it into a tree. An investigation is under way.
The driver died on the spot, while three passengers – a 25-year-old man and two men aged 23 – were taken to the hospital with different fractures.
A speeding car ran into a tree on the Braniste - Calinesti- Falesti road last night. The inebriated driver aged 30 lost control of the car, which went straight into a tree. The driver and a passenger were admitted to the hospital.
