Man sets himself on fire at Supreme Court of Justice

A man has splashed himself with gasoline and set himself on fire in the hall of the Supreme Court of Justice situated on Petru Rares St. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Evelina Rusu has told Info-Prim Neo that the ambulance was called at about 15.30. The Court's porter managed to put out the fire with an extinguisher. The man suffered third- and fourth-degree burns on about 40% of the body. Doctors say such persons initially do not feel pain, but can suffer a shock and even renal failure the third day. Reportedly, the man is from the municipality of Balti. He resorted to such an act after he lost a case examined by the Supreme Court of Justice. An investigation was opened into this case.
